Endymed Skin Resurfacing (FSR)
Fractional Skin Resurfacing:
EndyMed's 3DEEP Fractional Skin Resurfacing (FSR) addresses the texture and quality of the skin while treating fine lines, roughness, uneven skin tone, dryness, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles, and scars.
It's perfect for anyone who wishes to benefit from the effects of a chemical peel with less downtime and a lower risk profile.
How does FSR work?
FSR delivers radiofrequency technology into the skin in 2 ways; micro resurfacing and dermal heating.
It works by penetrating heat 2.9mm into the dermis whilst gently ablating the skins surface. This triggers our skins natural healing process, producing collagen.
Deep dermal heating stimulates collagen production within the dermis which then continues to increase in the weeks following treatment. Micro fractional ablation treats the skins surface.
FSR treatment creates microscopic radiofrequency columns deep in the epidermis, heating and damaging the skin to provoke the skin's natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production. FSR also causes an immediate contraction of the skin's collagen, causing skin tightening.
EnydMed FSR is FDA-approved and non-invasive.
Are you a good candidate for FSR?
Yes, if you are concerned with roughness, coarseness, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles or loose skin. EndyMed FSR can help to transform your skin. If you wish to retexture your skin, but don't want to have a chemical peel, the FSR treatment may be perfect for you.
Is Endymed safe for all skin types and tones?
EndyMed 3DEEP radiofrequency treatments are designed to be suitable for people with all skin types, without a significant risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
The devices rely on software to control the power and depth of the RF energy flow during treatment, leaving less room for provider error or complications.

What happens during the treatment?
To make your treatment more comfortable, skin numbing cream is applied before your treatment. Your Skin Practitioner will then prepare your skin for treatment by gridding your face to ensure precise delivery.
The treatment itself consists of tiny pulses of radiofrequency energy to aid skin’s natural healing process. After the treatment we apply soothing aftercare products and SPF.
How long does treatment take?
Treatments take between 30-60 minutes depending on the treatment area.
How many treatments do I need?
We advise a course of 3 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart.
When will I see results?
Full results can be seen 3 months after your last treatment, this is because collagen needs time to produce after each treatment.
Does it hurt?
You may feel a mild discomfort throughout the treatment, we apply numbing cream prior to treatment to reduce this.
How will my skin feel after?
As we are applying heat deep within the dermis, your skin may feel warm for a few hours after. A few days after the treatment your skin’s surface may feel slightly dry and rough due to the ablative effect.
How will my skin look after treatment?
Your skin will be red after treatment and a few days after ‘micro crusting’ may appear due to the skin resurfacing.
How do I care for my skin after the treatment?
We will supply you with soothing aftercare and SPF to keep your skin protected throughout your course of treatments.
Avoid acid based products, exfoliants and retinol for 1 week or longer if micro-crusting is still present.
Any other aftercare?
Avoid sun exposure and keep skin protected with SPF50 throughout your course of treatments
Avoid exercise for 24-48 hours
Avoid heat treatments for 48 hours
How can I fit this treatment around others?
We advise you wait 4 weeks before other treatment including Laser and Skin Peels.
