Verve Health is a cash-pay clinic, we do not take insurance. This allows us to treat patients with evidence-based protocols based on how they feel, not solely based on lab results.
Testosterone Transdermal Cream
Natural Desiccated Thyroid tablets

Testosterone panel (free, total, SHBG), DHEA-Sulfate, Thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4), CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, 25-Hydroxyvitamin D (D2, D3), FSH, LH, Estradiol, Progesterone.
Follow-up Labs are drawn approximately 2-3 months after initiating hormones, the cost is between $90-120 depending on what hormones you are taking. Thereafter labs are drawn annually, unless you are titrating up a hormone dose. For example, estradiol levels are more often until your body reaches the optimal level and symptoms subside.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy focuses replacing low levels of hormones by replacing them with whats in the body.
Unfortunately, we do not take insurance at this time.
