Semaglutide Dosing Schedule as of 4/21/25 — Strive Pharmacy (5mg/mL)
As of April 22, 2025 we have switched to Strive compounding pharmacy as our preferred pharmacy for Semaglutide. You will be on Semaglutide/Glycine/B12 moving forward, and the amount of milligrams (mg) you will be injecting is the SAME, but the units will be DIFFERENT as Strive’s strength of Semaglutide is higher. Please see below for your specific dose.
Lower Dosing Membership ($329/monthly)
(Accommodates doses from 5–20 units or 0.25mg-1mg injected weekly)

Notes for Patients:
- Inject once weekly on the same day each week.
- Increase your dose every 4+ weeks as directed by your provider as directed by your membership dosing schedule.
- Your vial concentration is 5mg per mL (20 units per mg).
For clarification, here is a list of your current unit doses compared with your new unit dose, please DO NOT inject your current dose in units or you will be doubling your dose and therefore increasing your risk of side effects.
